2023 MCLC Recap

The McDonald Conference for Leaders of Character (MCLC) is endowed by Diane and Bob McDonald and hosted with the Behavioral Science and Leadership Department at West Point.   It brings together a diverse group of the top undergraduate student leaders from across the globe with world class senior leaders who act as mentors in a team-based, experiential event that bolsters leadership skills, fosters critical thinking and collaboration, and develops potential strategies for addressing pressing global issues.

Dr. Mike Haynie, Vice Chancellor of Syracuse University and founder of IVMF, is currently attending the 2023 McDonald Conference for Leaders of Character at United States Military Academy at West Point with two #SU students, Malique and Julius.
