Bob McDonald, Former Secretary of Veterans Affairs and Chairman of The Procter & Gamble Company,  has been nominated to the Break the Ceiling Touch the Sky 2022 List of Make Champions for Gender Equality by House of Rose Professional.

In its selection process, House of Rose Professional evaluated over 6500 male executives from over 800 companies around the world against five criteria that included:
1. Active and visible advocacy for gender equality
2. Scale of influence
3. Commitment to advancing women in leadership in their own organizations
4. Supporting women to learn externally from other best in class organizations and investment in gender diversity & inclusion programming
5. Personal role-modelling for gender equality

It is important to mention that this nomination is not linked to any certification, and that nominees cannot pay for their nominations.  Rather, the list serves a greater purpose for bringing greater visibility to male business leaders that actively champion gender equality.
